Custom
Designed Jewelry Items As time permits, ShuMing may accept commissions to create a custom item or ensemble for an individual client. This process requires that the client provide a written description of his/her requirements and desires, and submit a personal description and a color photo. ShuMing will then personally contact the client and negotiate a price and estimated schedule. Upon reaching an agreement, a deposit is made by the client. When the item is ready for shipment, the client is e-mailed several pictures of the final work for approval. Upon final approval by the client, the client's account is charged for the balance due and the item is shipped. All commissioned works include registration with a unique serial number and a Certificate of Authenticity personally signed by ShuMing. |

Custom
Designed PMC Sculptures Depending upon her schedule, ShuMing may accept commissions to create a custom PMC Sculpture for an individual client. This process requires that the client provide a written description of his/her requirements and desires, and submit a personal description and a color photo. ShuMing will then personally contact the client and negotiate a price and estimated schedule. Upon reaching an agreement, a deposit is made by the client. When the sculpture is ready for firing, the client is e-mailed several pictures of the unfired work for approval. Upon final approval by the client, the client's account is charged for the balance due and the item is fired, finished, halmarked, and shipped. All PMC Sculptures include registration with a unique serial number and a Certificate of Authenticity personally signed by ShuMing. |

Certification
of Authenticity At request of several clients, chinaknots now offers a Certification of Authenticity service for items that are genuine creations of the artist(s). Concurrent with the certification is the issuance of a unique serial number and registration in the the Certified Creation Database. Each certificate is personally signed by ShuMing. Items eligible for certification are indicated by the symbol Ç. NOTE:
If you wish to have your eligible items certified, it is most economical
to purchase this service during the original purchase. Although certification
is usually available for previously purchased eligible items, the cost
is higher due to the higher administrative

Repair
Service For items that are out of warranty, or manufactured by others, chinaknots offers a quality repair service on a firm-price basis. Clients desiring a repair should contact the chinaknots' Repair Service by e-mail for specific instructions. Generally, the Repair Service will provide an e-mailed quotation and schedule estimate for approval prior to effecting the repair. Clients are responsible for shipping and insurance costs both ways. |
